What can an OTO do?
An OTO unit can do pretty much everything an Organist can do. It can play music, it can stop playing music, it can fade music out, it can pause and continue and it can change volume. Unlike a CD and CD player, it can do all of those things instantly; no searching for tracks, they are all imediately available and will play the instant the button is pressed. There are even speed controls to enable the music to be played slightly faster or slower without changing pitch to match the speed of the members. If your Lodge has a specific piece of music it plays at meetings, it can be added to the OTO system at no charge. The music on the OTO will be updated periodically to avoid the library becoming stale.

What is included with OTO?
Included in the rental price of OTO is full maintenance, updates and software upgrades, music library updates and training sessions for users at the time of installation. We also provide laminated instructions for users to ensure they get the best use from the system. We do require the centre to insure the system as we do not cover theft or damage to the system whilst on site.
Music unique to my lodge?
The new OTO system (version 2) has the ability for music to be added by the Lodge/Chapter or the centre by using a small app supplied with the system. Simply put the music on a USB drive, pop it into the tablet, and follow the instructions. The system can hold up to 60 tracks, and these can be changed/added/deleted at any time using the editing app.

OTO is a Windows Tablet application. It is able to make use of wireless speakers (Bluetooth).
We can provide all hardware (at cost price - we make no profit on hardware supplied), or source your own equipment. Call us for specifications
OTO is also available for Laptop machines. We suggest a touch-screen laptop is used to benefit from the features of the system.

Can we use a Tablet?
We have 2 Temples...
Will 2 OTO machines be required? Usually we would recommend that initially one OTO is used with a sound system installed in each temple. The first sound system is included in the rental and the second is a 'one off' price to be installed. The OTO system itself can be portabe, so is moved into the temple without the organist as required. This option also works for music at a festive board.
We already have a sound system in the temple...
Thats not a problem at all. In almost all situations, we can adapt the OTO system to utilize the sound system you already have. This will make the system cheaper to rent as we don't need to provide some of the items included in the full system.
Can we add microphones?
This is what we refer to as OTO PLUS. The system has the facility to run a full system of wireless microphones (typically 4) through the OTO sound system at an 'one off' price. It can also be linked through an 'Induction Loop' or 'T-loop' system for hearing aids.

We are a small Lodge
The price of the OTO system will be lower than your existing Organist bill (unless he is a member of the lodge, or doesn't charge, of course!!)
NEW OTO is priced for individual units to be able to have one each, or we can do a deal for a few Lodges and Chapters sharing the same tablet.

We can't play the piano...
The beauty of the OTO system is that no musical ability is needed. The music is listed by title and placed into logical groups. We have recorded all the music needed to make a meeting a success and we are adding new music all the time.
Can we use our own music?
The new version of the OTO system (Version 2.xxx upwards) has the option to add up to 60 pieces of your own music, and remove/ change those items, so you can keep adding and changing the musisc available on your tablet.
