OTO Systems

The OTO system is made up of 2 parts - the Hardware and the Software.

 

The hardware is a one-off cost.

 

The Hardware is a Windows Tablet and a speaker. The Tablet MUST be Windows, and not Apple, Android or Windows RT - but before this sounds complicated - there are many tablets that we use, and they are generally the cheapest on the market. They all cost in the region of £125 for the basic 10" tablet, or aboiut £200 for the larger 13" tablet. We can supply the Tablet for you, if you wish. We charge the same as you would pay in the shops but we can do the configuration work faster and make sure everything is OK before we install OTO for you.

 

The speaker should be a good quality Bluetooth speaker. We use several types, depending on the location, size and capacity of the temple. We provide the speakers from £150, however, you can provide your own. Often, a centre will install the speaker, and the units will provide the Tablets.

 

 

The Software

 

The software is leased to the Lodge at the price of £5 per unit per month. Thats it! £60 a year. . In fact, if you pay annually rather than monthly, we give you the licence for only £50 a year - all in. That gives you updates and maintenance as well as music changes from time to time. We are happy for many units to use the same Tablet and speaker, as long as each have their own licence. THIS IS AN OFFER THAT WILL NOT CHANGE IN THE FORSEEABLE FUTURE
