OTO Systems
Organ music without an organist

About the OTO System
The OTO system was designed to fill a specific gap - when an Organist isn't available for a meeting. It was certainly not designed to replace organists. However, many meetings have to proceed without live music. Perhaps the organist is unavailable, ill, double booked or just too expensive for this meeting. Some lodges are suffering financially and can't afford an organist at every meeting anymore. In London, organists can cost as much as £95 and some dine, adding up to another £40 to the bill. Not all lodges can afford these fees for every meeting. This is where OTO comes in.
OTO is available to use at any meeting and can be used by anyone - it is so simple to use. It has been designed to be operated with one finger, and as you press the button, the music begins. The library of music included with the OTO system is vast, and covers all aspects of each degree in Craft and Royal Arch, Mark, KT, Rose Croix and OSM. Other libraries are also available at no extra cost.
How it all started
The programmer came upon the idea for the OTO system when running a LOI for a Taylors Lodge. Wanting to practice the processions, he found that it was very hard to get the timing right without the music. He wrote a small program that played the Odes and some processing music, and then just kept adding music and features until other people started to express an interest in using the system for their lodges when they didn't have an organist.
OTO training
As already stated, the OTO is a very simple system to operate, but to ensure maximum confidence for our users, we offer FREE training to the centre. We offer a number of sessions to be open to as many users as the centre wish to invite. We also offer to visit the centres and operate the OTO as a guest organist for a few lodge meetings to show how well the OTO system integrates into a ceremony, even Installation.

Managing Use
Some centres want to manage the way the OTO system is used. We can assist in this by adding password protection, keywords and activation by lodge numbers only.
Other centres make the OTO available to all units, so the need for such levels of control are not required.
Adaptability
Each OTO system is built to the specifications of the Masonic Hall that it is to be installed into. We can make mobile units, wall mounted units, modular units - whatever is most beneficial to the hall. We can make systems that work in the temple and also in the dining room if they are seperate rooms. We have also built non-masonic music into the system for general event useage too.
